Our shipping options have been designed to be easy and always reasonably priced. Unlike most internet retailers we do not make money on our shipping fees and there are no extra handling fees. You will receive your order when you need it and without overpaying for shipping. We ship same day for in-stock orders placed before 5:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out Monday morning.

Return Policy:
For an RMA Number e-mail us at: info@print1way.com. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Print1way.com will accept returns for any of the following reasons:
Shipping Damage - Please notify us within 9 days of receipt of the damaged products and we will immediately replace these items. Please do not ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with UPS who may need to inspect the package and damaged products delivered.
Defective Merchandise - Defective Remanufactured or Compatible ink or toner cartridges are backed by our Lifetime Performance Warranty against manufacturer defects. Defective items are accepted for return only if there have been no traces of damage due to misuse or tampering.
Shipping Error - If we shipped you the wrong item (Items different from what you ordered), we will immediately replace the product, then once we receive the incorrect products back from you we will credit you for the return plus your shipping charges to return the products back to us. You must notify us within 9 days of receiving the incorrect products.
Short Shipments - All short shipments must be reported within 9 days of delivery for credit or replacement consideration.
All Other Returns - We will accept any unused and resellable items for return within 30 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping costs.
